Master Class on Sherry for Industry Professionals

This class is designed for professionals who have some basic knowledge of sherry and who are thirsty for a more in-depth understanding and broader exposure to the genre. I will conduct a review of the particulars of each category, but quickly delve into the nuances of lesser-known styles such as palmas, en ramas, finos amontillados, manzanillas pasadas, VOS, VORS, almacenistas, etc. We’ll taste 12 different sherries (1 oz. pours for most). Taught by Sherry Master Deborah Hansen. Tapas will be served with the goal of highlighting unorthodox pairings.
